About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Solution Architect with strong telecommunications expertise to join our team. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements, with particular emphasis on telecommunications processes and data migration principles.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in the telecommunications industry with comprehensive understanding of eTOM TM Forum frameworks and their practical application to telecom business processes
- Proficient knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation methodologies
- Strong expertise in data migration principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of telecommunications business operations, service delivery models, and industry-specific challenges
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement solutions that align with telecommunications industry standards and frameworks
- Apply eTOM principles to optimize client business processes and operational efficiency
- Lead data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and business continuity during system transitions
- Configure ServiceNow implementations tailored to telecommunications requirements
- Provide expert consultation to clients, serving as a trusted technical advisor
- Develop migration strategies that minimize operational disruption while maximizing data quality
What We’re Looking For
- Telecommunications industry experience with practical application of eTOM/TMForum frameworks
- ServiceNow platform expertise with successful implementation history
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex data migrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellence in communication and stakeholder management
- Adaptability to travel periodically to client sites in the Netherlands
- Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen
